However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our refund and return policy ensures a smooth and transparent process for resolving your concerns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts due to customer handling cannot be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Late or missing refunds

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or products purchased during promotional offers cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@bluebridgecommerce.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact our support team at contact@bluebridgecommerce.com to receive the return address and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless it was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
